The Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District is a public agency created in 1964. Lower encompasses approximately 406,000 acres in portions of Morgan, Washington, Logan and Sedgwick counties. Lower provides well accounting, soil moisture monitoring, recharge coring, and other technical services to constituents. In addition Lower is actively involved in local and statewide water issues.
