Lower provides these tools and reports to assist in augmentation and recharge accounting, using standard decreed methods for calculating net and gross pond evaporation. It is up to the user to determine the usefulness and accuracy for a given application. Please contact Lower at support@lspwcd.org with comments/questions. The data in these tools and reports is calculated from weather station data operated and processed by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (NCWCD).
