Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District

The 2008 water fest  took place on May 20th at the Northeast Junior College Campus in Sterling.  LSPWCD assists the CSU Extension Agency with the coordination of the annual water festival.  LSPWCD also assists financially with this outstanding education program for young students.  The 2009 water fest will take place May 18th at NJC as well.
