Assistance with administration and financial coordination is a service that LSPWCD provides to SPWRAP and other local water user entities such as District 64 Reservoir Company and Lower Logan Well Users. Limited administrative services are available as a result of similar LSPWCD financial accounting and administrative practices for internal operations. These services are fee based.

Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District
