In addition to developing new water supplies, LSPWCD is committed to defend and protect the existing water supplies that are so critical to the water users and constituents within LSPWCD. Federal, State and local laws and policies all affect the base supply and use of water within Colorado and the South Platte basin. LSPWCD continues to be actively engaged in water rights monitoring in addition to State and Federal affairs in order to promote and advocate for water laws and policies that protect our water users and constituents.

Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District
