LSPWCD provides several additional technical services to SPWRAP and others at an hourly fee rate. LSPWCD also provides the in-kind service of onsite soils coring for recharge site feasibility using a Giddings Coring Rig owned by the District. In addition, LSPWCD regularly assists numerous people on a wide range of water related technical issues as an in-kind service to its constituents.

Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District
