LSPWCD has provided many technical and administrative services to constituents within its boundaries for several years. LSPWCD is committed to continuing these services. Many of the services listed below are charged either at an hourly or flat rate to water users. The typical policy for LSPWCD to determine in-kind versus fee-based services is that regularly occurring (monthly) services pay standard LSPWCD fees while temporary or intermittent services receive in-kind LSPWCD assistance. Rates charged by LSPWCD are usually below standard market rates for similar services in order to provide lower costs as a benefit to LSPWCD constituents

Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District
